न्यूयोर्क शहरमा पहिलो पटक घर किन्न चाहनेहरुको लागि अनुदान दिइने गरिएको छ । आउदो मार्च १७ आईतबारका दिन शेर्पा किदुकमा पहिलो पटक घर किन्न चाहनेहरुको Workshop को आयोजना गरिएको छ । यो Workshop मा भाग लिनु हनेहरुले एक प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त गर्नु हुनेछ । त्यही प्रमाणपत्रले तपाईलाई घर किन्ने अनुदानको लागि योग्य बनाउने छ । अनि किन्नको लागि Mortgage कर्जा (Loan) लिन के गर्नु पर्छ भन्ने लगायत घर किन्ने तयारीको लागि आवश्यक पर्ने सबै कुराहरु एकमुष्ट जानकारी लिन सक्नु हुन्छ । यो Workshop मा भाग ईच्छुक महानुभावहरुले यथाशिघ्र शेर्पा किदुकमा सम्पर्क गरी नाम दर्ता गर्न हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ

Learn what strategies can get you a great deal in a changing housing market from our experienced real estate agents. You will even get to learn from the experience of a recent first-time home buyer who just went through the process and now owns their own home. Take the first step to homeownership and get yourself educated!
First-time home buyers in New York City are eligible for grants and other benefits.
Participants in this workshop will receive a certificate. You will be eligible for a home buying subsidy if you have the same certificate.

Those who want to improve their credit score can receive confidential one-on-one counseling from Certified Credit Counselors through arrangements made. A separate name has to be registered for credit counseling.
