2.Financial Report (Income and Expenditure Statement) by the Treasurer Matters related to the First Annual General Assembly (held on January 10, 2026)Important Notice,It is hereby informed that although various agenda items were discussed during the First Annual General Assembly held on January 10, 2026, the meeting could not proceed to formal decisions and approvals due to the lack of quorum, as required under the Association’s Constitution and By-Laws.Therefore, this Second and Final Annual General Assembly, convened on February 1st, 2026, is being held in accordance with the Association’s governing documents in order to:
Review and deliberate on all matters raised during the First Annual General Assembly;Deliberate on any additional matters raised in this Second Annual General Assembly; andFinalize, decide upon, and formally approve all such matters in full compliance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the United Sherpa Association (USA) Inc.Your presence and participation are highly encouraged, as this meeting is essential for the formal approval and conclusion of the Association’s annual business.
