United Sherpa Association (USA) Inc. / Sherpa Kyidug America – New York respectfully informs all devotees, community members, Dharma friends, and well-wishers that the Association will organize the Nyungne Fasting Retreat 2026 at the Association Hall in Elmhurst, New York.
“Nyungne” is a sacred Buddhist fasting and purification practice observed through prayers, meditation, recitation, discipline, and compassion practice. The retreat traditionally includes fasting from food and water, spiritual teachings, and continuous Dharma practice over multiple days.
All devotees and interested participants are warmly invited to attend and participate in this meritorious religious program.
