Figure out your mortgage loan options from a local lender and get your questions answered. Learn what strategies can get you a great deal in a changing housing market from our experienced real estate agents. You will even get to learn from the experience of a recent first-time home buyer who just went through the process and now owns their own home. Take the first step to homeownership and get yourself educated!

First-time home buyers in New York City are eligible for grants and other benefits.
Participants in this workshop will receive a certificate. You will be eligible for a home buying subsidy if you have the same certificate.

Those who want to improve their credit score can receive confidential one-on-one counseling from Certified Credit Counselors through arrangements made. A separate name has to be registered for credit counseling.
