Khagendra Gharti-Chhetry is practicing law since 1987. He is admitted to
practice before the courts in the State of New York, United States District Courts for Southern
and Eastern Districts. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United
States . He has extensive litigation skills and background and has over thirteen years of
experience in providing legal services to individuals, small and medium size business and
corporations. He has successfully handled many cases and has earned a good reputation in
the general practice of law. He is a member of several prestigious legal organizations.
He received J.D. from Fordham University, School of Law; and LL.M from Columbia University,
School of Law, in New York City.
